Why should I choose Yakesh Roofing?

I treat every roof like it’s my own. I hire Qualified, Certified Installers that treat the Homeowner with Respect and are trained to do the job the right way. All employees are trained by me, and I have personally worked on over 1000 roofs in my lifetime. I gave a Detailed Inspection of every roof to make sure the roof is shingled properly, and all Roof Penetrations are sealed.

I bid ever job myself, and know what needs to be done when I give my estimate. Yakesh Roofing is a Certified Company, which allows us to give you a 50 Year, 100% Warranty on your primary residence (rentals/commercial properties I can give a 20 Year, 100% Warranty). You have the Peace of Mind that you will pay for your roof only one time.

You can Transfer my 50 Year Warranty one time during a resale of your property within the first 12 years (The new owner must register their roof with the shingle company within 60 days of estate closing).

Do you have insurance, are you licensed, are you Certified Installers?

YES. I will provide you with my insurance papers with your estimate. My state license numbers are DC-029700025 and DCQ-060800045, which are Dwelling Contractor Certifications. Because we are certified installers of Owens Corning & CertainTeed shingles, I can offer you a 50 Year, 100% Warranty!

What are your contract policies?

$ 0 down payment (unless otherwise stated on contract). Pay when you are satisfied with your roof upon completion. You only pay the contract price – never any hidden cost. (Any added costs will be agreed upon). I’m comfortable giving 30 NET and 60 NET terms upon request. If you’re selling your house, I’m flexible on your payment to coincide with your closing date. No Credit Cards are accepted.
